Suggested Adult Intake:

Take up to six capsules in divided doses daily with meals, or as directed.

Cautions:

Not suitable for those taking anticoagulant (“blood thinning”) medications such as Warfarin.
Long term intakes of this amount of Vitamin B6 (P5P) may lead to mild tingling and numbness.

Pregnancy / Nursing:
