Suggested Adult Intake:

Take up to three capsules daily with meals, or as directed.

Cautions:

Not suitable for those taking anticoagulant (“blood thinning”) medications such as Warfarin.

Consult your physician if taking any prescription drugs, as phytonutrients in this supplement may affect their metabolism or bioavailability.

Long term intakes of 25mg of vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
